Questions about orders and products

Can profiles be cut to size?

Of course, we cut our profiles to the desired length. The cutting costs depend on the type of profile. 
By the way: Other drilling, turning and milling work on the profile can also be carried out on request, such as stepped holes, through holes and threads in various sizes as well as mitre cuts. Machining according to drawings is also possible. 

Is there a minimum order value?

No. In order to be able to react immediately to repeat orders or similar, we do not have a minimum order value.

Can I also order from MiniTec as a private customer?

Yes, our range of services is also available to private customers without restriction. Please provide us with your contact details including address when making enquiries or placing orders, so quick and smooth processing can be ensured. 

When will I receive my order?

You can find the expected delivery date of your order on your order confirmation, which you have received from us by e-mail. Please note: The delivery date stated there is the date on which the goods leave our premises. 

Who do I contact if I have a complaint?
